The terms and conditions of membership of the Defence Force Welfare Association (Queensland Branch) Incorporated (“the branch“, “DFWAQ“) are contained in the constitution (“the rules“) of the branch and of the national body.
By applying to become a member of DFWAQ, you agree to be bound by the rules of the branch.
The branch must approve your membership in accordance with the rules.
Once your membership is approved by the branch, the branch agrees to be bound by the rules in relation to your membership.

Once your membership has been accepted by the branch, your membership fees are not refundable.
If a refund is requested before your membership has been accepted by the branch, the branch reserves the right to charge a $10 administration fee to cover initial costs including processing, printing, postage etc.
